Tulip Socks ver 2.0

It's the end of the semester and things are crazy. I'm attempting to get papers written and at the same time I'm squeezing in knitting when I can. This is going to be my second pair of Tulip Socks.

I missed the sign-ups for Sockapalooza this year and I'm a little disapointed. But at least I'll have time to finish these and enter them in the state fair this year.

The Seascape Shawl is DONE! And as soon as I buy a million pins and block the crap out of it there will be pictures. I intend to give it to my MIL for Mother's Day and hopefully the pair of socks I'm working on for my own mom will be done by then as well.

  1. Thanks for your comment on my tablecloth. Send me your real email, k?

How are you doing? We miss you. Megan's back in Indy, living up near St. Roch on south Meridian.

Did you get to the Fiber Event at Greencastle this year? The weather was miserable, but it was still fun.

  2. Lovely Tulip Socks. I found you pair on Ravelry. The yarn and pattern has been lingering in my stash for quite a while. Your results have given me some impetus to cast on sonner rather rhan later.

  3. Alright, I've cast on these socks and am having a spot of trouble. I've contacted you per Ravelry as well. Anyone who has knit these twice must be an expert. :)
