My Weekend in Photos

Friday we went to the zoo.

There were Flamingos.



And pony rides.



And a train ride.



And Lilly wanted to sit by herself, not on Mama's lap.



By the end of the day we all felt like this.



Saturday we went garage sale hunting and I made a lot of progress on this.



It's my second Violets by the River Shawl. I needed a break from the laceweight and this has been a welcome distraction. It is flying along on size 9's. I have a deadline for the green shawl (I want to enter it in the state fair) and that makes me sort of hate it right now. I'm halfway through the body of it and it feels like it's never going to end.

Then Sunday we got up super early (out of the door at 7:30am...on a Sunday) and went to the Bargersville Flea Market.

Lilly got a rocking horse.



And I got a bike.



Then Lilly and her daddy celebrated Father's Day in style.



And I took the break to go for a ride and knit away on the shawl. I anticipate it will be done very soon.
