Wrapping things up (in more ways than one)

November and December are proving to be months of finishing. I haven't started much, I'm just finishing up things.

The jury trial about our car accident back in March 2004 was last week. The jury found in our favor, declaring my husband to be at 0% fault and the other driver at 100% fault. It's finally over, after a very stressful 2 1/2 years.

My finals are next week. I've completed most of my ceramics projects. I think that a few pieces are still being bisque-fired so I'll need to glaze those. I have one paper and a final to go in my Native American Religion class and then classes are done for the semester. I thought this semester was never going to end.

I finished my grandma's afghan that I've been working on all year. I didn't bother with pictures, I just wrapped it and put it under the tree. I'm glad it's finished. I'm loving this whole finishing streak.

I wrapped up all the gifts we've bought so far as well. It's nice to see pretty packages under the tree already.

I have projects I want to start but I may wait until January to do so. We've got a vacation to South Carolina planned in the middle of the month and that sounds like as good a time as any to start something new. And in the meantime that gives me several weeks to finish up the many projects I have hanging around in various stages of completion.
