Stocking cap

Lilly is in a phase right now where she loves hats. So I'm making the most of it while I can. I finished this hat, the Stocking Cap Pattern from Holiday Knits (a book I forgot I owned), for her some time ago and I believe the pictures were taken at the end of October.

She didn't want to hold still while I took photos so a little bribery was in order. (That little wisp of red hair poking out just kills me. So cute.)

I fell in love with this hat after seeing it on Knitting Iris. The way it comes down to a point totally sold me on it.

I thought the baby size would be too small for her so I knit the adult hat first. It fits me. And I have a really big head. So I knit it again and this time it fits her perfectly. She loves it, and if she's happy with it than so am I.
