The shawl is coming along. Slowly. (I promise to get a camera that takes decent pictures soon.)

The lace pattern is really pretty and I love how simple it is.

I'm loving everything about it, the pattern, the color, the yarn. (I love alpaca so, so much.)

I managed to get to the Hoosier Hills Fiberarts Fair today. I picked up some pretty good stuff.

That's two balls of Baby Twist alpaca, a ball of Sockotta, a skein of Mountain Colors sock yarn, and a hank of dark green merino lace weight which will become a shawl for my MIL eventually. So not a huge amount but my yarn funds have been lacking so this is the most yarn I have bought in months. So I'm happy. :)

In Sockapaloooza news; I received an email from Alison today stating that I have been assigned a sock savior. I'm a little disappointed that my original pal bailed on me but I'm sure my sock savior won't let me down.
